[HTTP Client] Response format as parameter causes 500 error

Adding a response format parameter causes a 500 error in v2 of the BB-API.

Because v2 of the BB-API has json documented as the only response format, adding a format parameter makes no sense.

However, the format parameter must be kept for requests against the v1 BB-API.
