Eric Harper created an issue 2014-11-18

A number of python wrappers are unneccessary and are only confusing and add work. Nearest Neighbors and pairing need to be removed for sure, and possibly pmft, although the added features of the log and the size of the arrays may make that one worth keeping.

PMFT, etc. is unneccessary. Need to do reshaping in c++ using numutil
