Triclinic - Unit Tests

Need test configurations for different periodic boundaries for triclinic boxes, and to test that they are wrapping properly. Although if this fails, I suppose most of freud will.

Wrote unit tests for triclinic, should be fine with XML, XMLDCD, POS reader now. Boxwrap works correclty.
