Description
Added ShowForm for slide menu. This will shows the form via the SlideMenu.
Added SelectMenuItem. This will select only the menu item.
fix: When FShowBackButton is false, pop should not be possible.
ksMenu: added support for TForm system statusbar setting
Toobar backbutton fix :-)
Added value2 and color 2 to TCircleprogress, now we can have 2 progress values in 1 progress indicator.
toolbar fix, own mistake.
Slidemenu: system statusbar improvements. Still not working in Android :-( If you need Android on fullscreen you have to explicit set fullscreen in ksSlideMenuUI.fmx
removed fullscreen, was totally not working for Android :-(
