Provide uninstallation capability

Issue #19 resolved
Carlin Scott created an issue

I installed BC1 and had to manually scrub my registry to remove it. BC2 seems to have the same issue so it would be nice if it came with a mechanism to uninstall it. It should probably also conform to protocol handling best practices from MS which include uninstallation and listing in add/remove programs: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb266527(v=vs.85).aspx#bestpractices

I agree, and there is stub code in place to do so. I will add a button to remove the settings, but it is not fully tested yet.

Also, it will be possible to run with --Uninstall to remove all keys via command line

I hope I got them all - there are so many needed to make Default Browsers work.
