Selecting 'Yes' at upgrade prompt causes program to stop working
I have started getting a prompt to upgrade Browser Chooser 2 when I select a link, as shown in the first screenshot. However, if I select 'Yes', I nearly immediately get a notification that BC2 has stopped working.
I have had to say 'no' to the upgrade in order to continue on to my initial URL choice, and the BC2 R1 version never downloads by using the popup. I've manually downloaded the new .exe file from the website instead.
I've had a quick look for any application or system logs, but haven't found them yet. If there's somewhere in particular to get them, please let me know and I'll upload those.
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, 64-bit BC2: Beta 2

repo owner @wiiiiilllllll That actually helps alot. I never tested it being in Program files. It gives me something to go with.

Hi, I had this issue too.
For me the problem was that BC2 was located in an admin-protected folder (Program Files) but was not being run as admin. I moved BC2 to a different location (my User folder) and the problem seems to have disappeared. Not sure if this will be relevant to you, but I hope it helps :)
