getSequenceData() returns fewer features

getSequenceData(somaFile) returns 1299 features instead of 1310. The following are missing: 11102-22_3, 2418-55_9, 2571-12_3, 2700-56_2, 2836-68_,2 3026-5_2, 3074-6_2, 4900-8_1, 4915-64_2, 5018-68_1, 9207-60_3. Could this be a bug?
