Fix or remove from Bioconductor

readat is failing on Bioconductor, and has largely been superceded by SomaLogic’s own SomaDataIO package, which supports the new ADAT spec.

SomaLogic contacted me to say that they keep having to deal with support calls about problems with readat, even though it isn’t their package. We need to fix the package, or have it removed from Bioconductor.
