Many playercmd.c responses have incorrect punctuation and capitalization

Many of the commands in playercmd.c give replies with incorrect punctuation or capitalization. ?uptime also doesn't correctly pluralize the words.

Fixed in changeset 1e281bd15bf6. Any remaining command replies with incorrect punctuation or capitalization should be filed as new bugs.
