idle segfaults

Former user created an issue

loading idle causes a segfault as of [[https://bitbucket.org/grelminar/asss/changeset/bdfe07b62d17|bdfe07b62d17]], at least for a clean build on PB's new host machine. This is a reminder for me mostly.

    simple load order issue. new code uses chat and cmdman which are after 'idle' in default modules.conf. It looks like most modules should be using MM_POSTLOAD instead of MM_LOAD for many things.
