Mac OS X use "winmerge" in menu

Mac OS X use "winmerge" and not "WinMerge" as application name in the main menu. This looks not so nice (see attached screenshot)

    By default use Qt the target name for the application name. If we want a other name, we must change the target or add a own Info.plist file.

    In this PropertyList file we must add the property CFBundleName for the bundle name, which use Mac OS X for the menu entry.
