"All branches graph" does not include open pull lrequest branches

Open PRs have branches named as "pull-requests/*/from".

Example: pull-requests/37/from

These branches are not displayed in the "All branches graph". Which means we cannot know which commit a PR is based on when coming from a fork.

    Interesting idea. At this time the all-branches-graph does not take in any information from forks. Sounds like you’ve given us a very efficient way to at least get some info in from forks into the graph.

    Let me spend some more time thinking about this.
