We are using Bitbucket v6.10.0.

This looks similar to issue #86 (https://bitbucket.org/gsylviedavies/pr-booster-for-bitbucket-server/issues/86/pr-boost-fails-to-install). Do the steps listed in that issue (look in the comments) help resolve this?
