control-freak doesn't check for moved JIRA issues

Former user created an issue

I came across an interesting problem today, I moved an issue from COMP1 to COMP2, to place it better in the hierarchy, and suddenly I couldn't push my commits anymore.

Our old checker YACC, does do this re-following.

Can control-freak also check that if the message (or branch) refers to the old name of a moved issue?
