Failed TeamCity commits

Former user created an issue

We are using TeamCity DSL, so from time to time having commits from TeamCity itself with auto-generated comments prefixed with TeamCity, for example, "TeamCity change in XXX". Consequentially it fails the rule of "Commit Messages Must Reference at least one Jira ticket" even if it matches the regular expression like (.JIRAPROJECT-.|.NO-JIRA.|TeamCity.*).
