MergeBase enabled by default and can't disable it

We just upgraded to the latest version of Control Freak (and PR-Booster) and now there is a new icon in our repos called MergeBase. This isn't a tool that we want enabled or visible on our system until we have time to evaluate it. I tried to disable in in Control Freak but it still shows up in the icons in the repo.
How can we disable this and remove it from our system.

v2020.04.16 just published to marketplace.atlassian.com makes sure to disable these MergeBase scans when the setting is set to disabled. (They were only getting partially disabled in the previous version).
