Marking this as "invalid" because I think it's a problem with your SVN migration process, or perhaps a problem with Bitbucket and not our plugin.
Happy to provide some support if you like. I've done many svn2git migrations in my life. Again, very sorry it took us so long to respond here.

This would probably be a problem with Bitbucket and not with any of our plugins.
I have seen situations where “All-Branches-Graph” is able to show migrated tags when other parts of Bitbucket cannot. Is that what’s happening here?
(p.s. Very sorry for taking so long to respond. We had some staffing issues in May - July that caused some delays responding to issues here, but that’s all sorted out now.)
