Timeout on merge

Hi,

I have an issue merging large PR ( develop->feature, over 1000 files, several hundreds of commits, large repository) - there is a “Timeout” message preventing a merge. Screenshots attached.

    That’s too many commits for Control-Freak to process. We will put in some logic to have Control-Freak detect this ahead of time.
