Unable to enable app in bitbucket 7.6.4

Former user created an issue

Worked fine in 5.16 but the updated app wont enable in the new instance of bitbucket. Which logs do I need to look at/ The basic logs are not providing enough info.

    Which app? (Control-Freak, Commit-Graph, and PR-Booster ?).

    Please follow steps detailed in issue #86 to resolve this issue.
