re-enable other commit-graphs (from other add-ons) when bit-booster license is invalid

Issue #2 closed
Julius Davies [bit-booster.com] repo owner created an issue

When a user installs bit-booster, we inject some CSS to turn off any commit graphs that might be coming from other add-ons. But the CSS continues to be injected even after the bit-booster license expires.

Workaround: At this time users must fully "disable" bit-booster if they want other commit graphs to appear on the commits page.

    fixed via 2 mechanisms:

1.) bit-booster config screen (that's fully functional forever, if if license expires) let's users change which commit-graph implementation to use on commits page.

2.) the bit-booster integrated commit graph for the commits page doesn't bother checking license status in any case anymore (i switched to this logic a long time ago)
