Julius Davies [bit-booster.com] repo owner created an issue 2021-07-22

Because "hookExemptionsUsers" uses integers behind the scenes (the raw user-id’s that Atlassian Bitbucket associates with users), we need to improve how our REST endpoint deals with these.
