Control Freak can't handle underscores in Exempt Users

Similar to #65, Exempt Users with underscores in are not exempted from checks. The same regex can probably be used here

Can you send me the exact scenario (including the exact username) where this is happening? I tried with a user of “test_user” and they are successfully being exempted.

1. How are you setting the exempt user? Through the regular Control-Freak config screen (web ui) or through Control-Freak’s REST API ?
2. It’s also useful to know the Control-Freak version you’re using. I tested with v2022.07.20
3. Can you send the push or merge-check rejection message you are encountering? (Is there any chance a different hook or Bitbucket setting could be blocking the push/merge rather than Control-Freak ? ).
