We recently upgraded to bitbucket 7.21.6 LTS and PR-Booster 2022.09.28 and when we tried rebase now seems always to fail with:

"message": "You are attempting to modify a pull request based on out-of-date information.",
        "exceptionName": "com.atlassian.bitbucket.pull.PullRequestOutOfDateException",

Workaround:

1. Force reload page (normal reload doesn't work)
2. Rebase
3. Merge

We think above PullRequestOutOfDateException doesn't happen before recent upgrade on Bitbucket. Can you please review?

This was fixed in PR-Booster versions v2023.01.17 and newer.
