ability to turn off other commit-graphs (from other add-ons) should be configurable

Julius Davies [bit-booster.com] repo owner created an issue

Right now bit-booster rather rudely just disables all other commit-graphs via "display:none;" CSS rules when bit-booster is enabled. This should really be a configurable option.
