Bit-Booster is not installed on all nodes

Issue #42 closed
Former user created an issue

I opened a SR with Atlassian as several times now I have found a plugin disabled on one node in a DC cluster, and enabled on the others. They worked with you to understand how your plugin is installed and found it is not downloaded to each node like other plugins.

Again today I have found Bit-Booster was disabled on one node in the manage-plugins screen, yet was enabled on the other 5. This generates errors for the users that happen to be round-robin'd to that node.

Currentle running BitBucket 5.9.1, Bit-booster 2018.06.11

Note: while we were never able to reproduce this, our three Bitbucket add-ons our now much slimmer and focused on their respective jobs, which I suspect helps out here with this bug, since each of our plugins has far fewer dependencies to wait for during startup.

(The sum total of the dependencies we require is around the same, but the "liquidity" is better now since we split everything into 3 small plugins instead of 1 huge plugin).
