COMMIT GRAPH - When searching on the "All Branches Graph" page in Internet Explorer 11, Error 400

Steps to recreate.

1. Open Internet Explorer 11
2. Go to "All Branches Graph. For example: https://<host>/plugins/servlet/bb_ag/projects/<project>/repos/<repo>/commits
3. Enter something into the search field and click Reload
4. Error 400 page: "This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address."
