COMMIT GRAPH - Missing tags in BitBucket display for 'commits'

Hi, We are using the Bitbucket server 5.3.0 and the Commit Graph plugin 2018.07.05-bb5.

When clicking on the 'commits' view on the BitBucket server, the tags associated to the selected branch are not shown (see Commits-no_tags.PNG). When a 'refresh' (i.e. hit F5) is done, then the tags are shown (see Commits-tags_after_refresh.PNG).

When scrolling down the page to view older commits, the tags are never shown, as the 'refresh' only shows the first two pages of commits.

Any idea why this is happening?
