Cannot enable Commit Graph for Bitbucket after upgrade to Bitbucket 5.10

When trying to enable this plugin getting "This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information". I've attached the logs.

    I don't believe this is currently an issue (we have tested commit graph against many variations of Bitbucket versions to complete data center testing).

    Please leave a comment on this ticket or file a new ticket if you are still experiencing this issue.

    Also, take a look at the instructions on Issue #86 that a customer used to resolve a similar issue.
