We are using Bitbucket DC version v7.21.16 and PR booster v2020.11.17. We are getting “Getting Server cannot parse JSON: “ when reverting the commit. Kindly help us on the same.

Can you upgrade to v2023.09.30 or newer ? That specific bug was fixed in v2023.09.30.
