all branches filter choices "hotfix" "feature" "bugfix" etc should come from config

Issue #9 resolved
Julius Davies [bit-booster.com] repo owner created an issue

right now they are hard-coded, but people can customize their bitbucket server installs to use different names for those branches. we need to pull the values from that config.
