Expose a capability that enables providing a query validation endpoint

Expose a SDK capability that can be used by users to enable a query-validation endpoint, where API consumers can invoke it and pass regular value-operator overloaded query parameters but response from this API contains whether the query parameter (search fields) and use of value operators was semantically correct or any validation errors are returned back to client. This end point shouldn't execute any searches otherwise.
