Deprecate Dim()?

Since we now have traits::dimension, does this mean that Dim() will/should go away for value types?

I now think this should be done as part of a macro GTSAM4_DEPRECATED, together with localCoordinates and retract, at the end of a class. That way it does not clutter up the interface.
