deprecate rodriguez variants

Added more rodriguez variants (still in svn) although some should be deprecated (e.g., Point and Vector versions, for which it is possible to give incorrect input)

    We should probably retire all of them, because I just read in Peter Corke's book that it is Rodrigues with an s and not with a z...
