discrete library

Hello ,

I try to expose the discrete folder to Matlab, using gtsam.h , but I have many linking problem. At this stage I try to focus on DiscreteFactorGraph.

Is there any example ? how it should be written in gtsam.h ? Do I need to change other files as well ?

Carefully read the docs inside gtsam.h, and look at examples. Making this work is a bit tricky.
