hgforest incompatible w/ Mercurial 2.3

gcatlin avatargcatlin created an issue

When I upgraded to Mercurial 2.3 on my Mac using Hombrew, hgforest stopped working.

$ hg fpull
*** failed to import extension forest from ~/.hgext/forest/forest.py: No module named repo
hg: unknown command 'fpull'
Mercurial Distributed SCM

basic commands:

 add add the specified files on the next commit
 annotate show changeset information by line for each file
...

hgforest does work if I revert to a previous version of Mercurial (e.g. 2.2.3).
