Source `apar_m` not weighted by `fapar`

In get_source_term and related code we weight the potentials with fphi, fapar and fbpar as appropriate. We do not currently weight apar_m in set_source which uses apar directly (this is the dApar/dt term) so this seems inconsistent for fapar/=0 or fapar/=1.
