Add code version to netcdf files

The old diagnostics currently doesn’t save the code version to the netcdf file

Some of the information in the new diagnostics metadata should be updated to point to Bitbucket and the website documentation etc. as well.

I think the new diagnostics stores the code version as an attribute. Is it worth adding this as a scalar character to aid extraction etc. (e.g. ncdump -v code_version …. )
