Possible memory leak seen on Archer2 for NL runs

Occasionally I find that large runs on Archer2 get killed due to being out of memory, despite other similarly sized problems running fine. I don’t think there are many places within GS2 that we could have a leak so I suspect it’s in one of our dependencies. I’ve seen a similar issue on another machine using intel compilers, intel mpi and mkl , leading me to believe that it’s not Archer2 specific and is most likely in either netcdf or fftw. It’s possible the error on the two machines has a different source.
