User request of init timing display

Following PR #600 we time the different init routines and provide a method to display this. Currently there’s no user facing way to request that this information is displayed. We should probably add something to allow this to be requested. Possible that an environment variable similar to, but distinct from, GK_VERBOSITY might be useful for this. If we use this more than once then we probably want to cache it.
