First attempt to fix leq theta grid to run -pi to pi
Comments added to explain changes in leq.f90, to improve local theta grid. Modified code has been discussed on issue tracker with JP, DD and PH. — retains specified resolution in range [-pi,pi], and is more accurate at lower ntheta — removes redundant symmetry assumptions to determine theta derivatives of equm quantities at theta=+-pi — should hopefully remain compatible with Justin Ball’s tilted equilibria — addresses issue #77 (https://bitbucket.org/gyrokinetics/gs2/issues/77/internal-grid-in-miller-geometry-leq-is) — solves segfault generated at low ntheta, which was flagged by Joseph Parker relating to the same issue.
