Fix Jenkins testing

Jenkins tests fail with error:

ERROR: Couldn't find any revision to build. Verify the repository and branch configuration for this job.

This is due to an update in the bitbucket-pullrequest-builder plugin. It is fixed by updating the Jenkins config (as Peter details below) and changing the checkout command.
