Description
MACRO_DEFS is added to CPPFLAGS, FPPFLAGS. FPPFLAGS is used when processing .fpp, .F90 files. (Note that CPPFLAGS is automatically added when C compilation.) Include options are removed from CPPFLAGS. They should go to CFLAGS if necessary.
Also provides some fixes to the gs2_diagnostics_new unit test from PR #348
