Add an extra test in linear/cyclone_itg_low_res to perform the calculation on a box grid instead of a single mode. The growth_rate_check function performs a check for the first kx mode and the given array of ky modes. Therefore, the golden value for (kx,ky)=(0,0.5) is the same as in single mode. The answer for (kx,ky)=(0,0) is zero.
