Add dumping of velocity space weights to dump_grids output

It’s possible that we may want to add other data derived directly from the grids here (e.g. geometrical quantities). The idea is to have a code which is quick to run but provides some of the useful data about a run that you might want to have a look at before committing to a larger run.
