Matrix inversion benchmark tool

• Adds a small code to time the matrix inversion method

• Update utils commit

• Add test of inversion alongside timing and update for new interface

Can probably be improved with handling of command line arguments to choose which method, which range of parameters etc. but probably still helpful.
