Add reports of the passing and trapped pitch angle weight errors

Uses the analytic result for the integral of the passing pitch angle weights described in issue #146 to allow us to report the error on the passing and trapped pitch angle weights separately. This can be helpful as it shows which part of the grid is limiting the error.

I’ve also added an error breakdown from the energy grid sub and super regions as well. These are only accurate if we are evaluating them for a species with a Maxwellian background.
