Port remaining namelist documentation from wiki to config_type docstrings
Add page on initialisation options
I think this is all of the namelist documentation ported over; that’s not to say that all the namelist docs are necessarily good, just that I don’t think we’re missing anything that’s on the wiki. There’s definitely still some FIXMEs in the docstrings. I’ve tried to fix at least the more obvious ones.
