Description

Avoids problems arising if we initialise the run by setting h (initial_condition_is_nonadiabatic_dfn = T) but then change the time step. Also avoids mistakes if the the user forgets to flip this switch when restarting a job.

Always treat the dfn from restart files as gnew.
