Handle larger disk images but less than 1600 sectors

TheMole reports that disk sizes larger than 180kb are grayed out. But you only need bigger allocation units only when you have more than 1600 sectors. See here: Floppy Disk File System

activate the disabled user interface elements again and implement a test of false configuration. If there where a false the user is notify about it.
