Laravel 5 support

The Laravel 5 support is missing for the package, i will fork the repo and will do a L5 implementation. If you like i will do a pull request with the L5 support.

If you wanted to make your version public, I'll mark mine as abandoned and redirect people to yours - I don't have time to continue development on this right now.
